The EcoGenomics research group under Principal Investigators Dr. Paul Wilson (Trent University) and Dr. Micheline Manseau (Environment & Climate Change Canada) are always looking to recruit students at the PhD level to support our nation-wide genomics research and monitoring project on caribou. Areas of potential research include conservation genomics, molecular evolution, adaptive genomics, bioinformatics and machine learning, genomic assay development, estimating population parameters, landscape genomics and ancient/historic DNA.
